LEGO Education – Learning experience framework
I led the development of a shared learning experience framework for LEGO Education.
The purpose was to establish a clear set of principles and guidelines for how learning experiences should be designed across products, platforms and teams.
Rather than focusing on individual learning solutions, the work centred on creating a common language and direction for learning design — supporting coherence, quality and scalability across the organization.
The framework was developed in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, including CIID and Serious Games Interactive.
A strong emphasis was placed on adoption: ensuring that the framework could be actively used by teams in their everyday work, not just documented.
What this shows
-
Learning frameworks as organizational infrastructure
-
Translation of pedagogical ambition into practical design principles
-
Facilitation and alignment across disciplines and partners
