Supporting leaders and multidisciplinary teams by translating organisational frameworks into practical solutions that create greater consistency, coordination and clarity in everyday practice.

Working across education, care and employment services, I coordinate communication, decision-making and documentation while helping align everyday practice with legislative requirements and organisational goals.

My work focuses on creating shared understanding across professional disciplines so complex support programmes become easier to coordinate, deliver and continuously improve.

Independent Learning Design Consultant, Freelance

Helping organisations turn complexity into practical learning solutions that people can understand, adopt and use.

Through learning design, stakeholder collaboration and user-centred design, I developed learning experiences that connected organisational ambition with everyday practice.

Working independently across a range of smaller projects strengthened my ability to quickly understand different contexts, identify underlying needs and design practical solutions.

Learning Experience Design Consultant, LEGO

Helping designers adopt new ways of thinking and working by translating complex design principles into engaging learning experiences.

Working closely with design leads, subject matter experts and cross-functional partners, I co-created learning experiences that reflected real design challenges and encouraged active exploration rather than passive consumption.

My work focused on connecting strategic design ambitions with everyday design practice, making new principles easier to understand, apply and sustain.

STU Educator & Learning Designer, CSV Vejle

December 2018 — May 2023

Designing meaningful learning experiences that enabled young people with diverse learning needs to build confidence, independence and meaningful participation.

I designed engaging learning experiences that combined creativity, structure and real-world relevance—from digital media and 3D design to role-playing games and workplace learning—making participation meaningful for learners with very different needs.

Working closely with municipalities, families and multidisciplinary colleagues, I translated individual goals into everyday practice, creating shared understanding around each learner's development and next steps.

Digital Experience Lead, Preschool, LEGO Education

December 2016 — November 2018

I helped shape how LEGO Education prepared teachers to use LEGO Education solutions confidently in their own classrooms.

I believed teachers learn best by actively exploring, testing and reflecting—not simply by consuming content. That belief shaped the learning experiences I designed throughout my time in LEGO Education.

Working across leadership, subject matter experts, developers and external partners, I designed scalable digital learning experiences that translated learning theory, product knowledge and classroom practice into engaging teacher journeys.

I led the discovery phase for a new digital learning platform, explored flexible learning journeys for teachers and developed concepts for playful digital learning grounded in LEGO DNA and educational theory.

E-Learning Producer, LEGO Education

January 2015 — November 2016

I coordinated the development and production of digital learning experiences for LEGO Education's global teacher audience.

Working closely with developers in Madrid, internal stakeholders and external production partners, I ensured learning solutions were delivered on time, within scope and aligned with educational objectives.

My role connected learning design with implementation—from coordinating production and managing priorities to participating in video production and presenting learning content directly to teachers.

This role strengthened my ability to turn educational concepts into practical, high-quality learning experiences.

E-learning Content Developer, LEGO Education

April 2014 — December 2014

I designed digital learning content that helped teachers understand and confidently use LEGO Education solutions in the classroom.

Working with researchers, instructional designers and product specialists, I transformed learning theory, product knowledge and user insights into engaging digital learning experiences.

This role laid the foundation for my later work in learning experience design by strengthening my understanding of learner-centred design, rapid iteration and the importance of connecting educational strategy with real classroom practice.

Independent Game Design Consultant

March 2013 — March 2014

UX Design and system architecture for the family planning app, Dear Family.

Senior Gameplay Designer, Funcom Games (Montreal)

November 2009 — February 2013

Worked as a senior gameplay designer in large, international development teams on complex, long-term
products. My role required strong systems thinking, clear documentation and close collaboration across
disciplines and locations.
I designed and implemented large-scale systems and content, mentored junior designers, and worked
within structured production frameworks — experience that shaped my ability to work in complex
organizations, align stakeholders and translate high-level design intentions into functional, usable
solutions.

Gameplay Designer, Funcom Games (Oslo)

July 2008 — October 2009

Worked as a gameplay designer in a large, international organization, contributing to complex systems,
content and user experience within structured development frameworks.
This role strengthened my ability to collaborate across disciplines, work with formal processes and deliver
within high quality standards.

Lead Game Designer, 3rd Person Interactive

September 2006 — Juni 2008

Worked as Lead Game Designer in a Danish startup environment, taking responsibility across the full
design lifecycle — from concept development and system architecture to documentation, user testing and
stakeholder communication.
The role required a high degree of ownership, adaptability and decision-making, and provided hands-on
experience in building structure, clarity and shared direction in an early-stage organization.
