Within LEGO Design, I worked on the development of internal learning structures supporting professional development across roles and teams.
The focus was on creating clear learning principles and practical frameworks that could guide learning initiatives over time — rather than designing isolated training activities.
This included concept development, prototyping and close collaboration with leadership to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and ways of working.
The work aimed to support shared direction, clarity and learning that could evolve alongside the organization.
