Shaping learning direction with leadership

I worked closely with leadership and key stakeholders at LEGO Education to clarify learning priorities in complex organizational contexts.

My role was to support leadership in articulating what needed to change, which capabilities were critical, and how learning could meaningfully support that change — before any solutions were designed.

Rather than starting with content or formats, the work focused on shared understanding, decision-making and alignment. This included clarifying strategic intent, identifying focus areas, and making conscious choices about what not to pursue.

By grounding learning initiatives in both leadership ambition and everyday realities, the work helped ensure that subsequent learning designs were coherent, relevant and actionable across teams and markets.

What this shows

  • My ability to work in a strategic advisory role close to leadership

  • Experience translating organizational ambition into clear learning direction

  • A strong focus on prioritization, alignment and decision-making

  • An approach to learning that starts before design and delivery
