Connecting leadership and teams
In my role as team coordinator at Habitus, I work closely with leadership to support coordination, prioritization and alignment across teams and everyday practice.
My work focuses on creating structure and clarity in complex, people-centred contexts, where multiple needs, perspectives and constraints must be balanced. I support leadership by helping translate decisions, priorities and intentions into concrete actions that teams can work with in practice.
Rather than designing formal learning initiatives, the emphasis is on enabling learning and capability development through dialogue, coordination and continuous adjustment in daily work. This includes supporting collaboration across roles, clarifying responsibilities, and helping teams navigate change without adding unnecessary complexity.
The role has deepened my understanding of how leadership, learning and organizational development are closely intertwined — especially in environments where solutions must be pragmatic, responsive and grounded in real-world conditions
