Turning leadership priorities into scalable learning
As part of my work at LEGO Education, I designed and delivered e-learning solutions that translated leadership priorities into scalable learning experiences used across portfolios and markets.
The starting point was always organizational intent — not content production. The challenge was to turn strategic goals and capability ambitions into learning that was clear, relevant and usable in everyday practice for educators in diverse contexts.
I worked closely with stakeholders across teams to shape learning designs that balanced global coherence with local flexibility. This included defining learning objectives, structuring learner journeys, and making deliberate design choices to support understanding, reflection and application.
Rather than treating e-learning as information delivery, the focus was on adoption and use — ensuring that learning experiences supported real decision-making and practice beyond the platform itself.
